At Healthfoodexpress we understand that customers like to receive their goods as fresh as possible. Items requiring refrigeration can only be delivered by courier within the Sydney Metropolitan selected areas. Delivery rates

Deliveries to NSW are at a set charge of $7.95 per parcel. For other states a charge of $10.95 applies up to 3kg. Additional postal fees for deliveries interstate will apply for parcels over 3kg and for items sent to remote areas. We will contact you with to verify any additional postage required.

Please note: These delivery days are a guide only as supplied by Australia Post and are based on normal business days.

Returns

Orders received that are faulty or damaged or have been dispatched incorrectly will be replaced at no charge or a full refund will be made if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the order.
