Q How long will my order take to be delivered?

AAt Healthfoodexpress we endeavor to dispatch orders the same day, however, delivery times rely upon Australia Post for deliveries outside NSW and the metropolitan area of Sydney. An Australia Post delivery timetable can be found by on our Deliveries & Returns page.

Refrigerated items will be dispatched the next day to arrive the same day.

Q I have already placed my order but I want to change the delivery details.

A Please email info@healthfoodexpress.com.au with any changes to your delivery details. However, if your order has been dispatched unfortunately we cannot change the delivery details for that order.

Passwords

Q I've forgotten my customer/membership password!

A You can retrieve your membership number by going to the Customer's Log In page and providing us with your email address and we'll email your password to you.

Privacy

Q I am worried about my privacy.

A At Healthfoodexpress we go out of our way to protect your privacy. We will never give out any of our customer's details or their email addresses to any third parties. Rest assured your privacy is treated seriously. For more information please read our Privacy Policy

Returns

Q Can I receive a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?

A Orders received that are faulty or damaged or have been dispatched incorrectly will be replaced at no charge or a full refund given if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the order.

Q What credit cards do you accept?

A We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club.

Q Can I place an order by phone or fax?

A Although our website is very secure, some people prefer to place their orders by fax or phone.

To place your order by fax simply download our fax form here and fax your order to 61 2 9810 5574.

To place your order by telephone have your order and credit card number ready and call 61 2 8206 9658.
