Ordering

At Health Food Express we understand that customers like to receive their goods as quick and as fresh as possible. You can place your order in the following ways:

• By visiting our retail premises at 245 Darling Street Balmain NSW 2041
• By ordering on-line, using our secure ordering system and paying by credit card
  

Order delivery

All orders are at a set rate of $7.95 for NSW and $9.95 for interstate orders up to 3kg. However, we reserve the right to charge additional postal fees for interstate orders over 3kg weight and for items sent to remote areas. We will notify you of any additional postage.

Refrigerated Products

Items requiring refrigeration ie cheese, yogurt etc can only be delivered within selected areas in Metropolitan Sydney. Please see Postcode/Suburb search delivery for selected distribution areas for refrigerated products.

If you would like your refrigerated order delivered to your home the following day, then we require your order to be in by 1pm the previous day. Please check if we delivery refrigerated products to your area by entering your postcode on the delivery page.

Special Instructions

If you will not be at home when the courier delivers, you must notify us of where to leave the goods in the ‘special instructions’ box, otherwise your goods may not be delivered and you may incur an extra delivery charge.
