We do not store your credit card details on our server as these are specially encoded at the time of payment and are processed instantly and securely through the our bank payment gateway.

Ordering Products

You may place an order for products from the website by submitting a completed order form through our shopping cart, by telephone or fax. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the email address you have given. The sending of this email, regardless of whether or not it is received, forms the contract between us.

Tax

GST (Goods and Services Tax) will apply to all orders placed and/or delivered within Australia. GST will not apply for orders delivered outside of Australia.

Website Account Details

You are responsible to maintain confidentiality of your account password. Only your password and account details are stored on a secure server for future orders. Your credit card details are not stored. The information is only used to process your orders, for statistical purposes that may improve our site and its services, and to allow us to notify you of special offers or new products via our newsletters.

It is your responsibility to provide your exact credit card details, email and delivery address, credit card billing address and telephone number. Any incorrect information provided may lead to a delay in shipping the order to you.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express. We do not apply a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on this website.

Cost of Delivery

For delivery cost please see our delivery page deliveries. We reserve the right to charge additional postal fees for excessive weight and for items sent to remote areas, however, we will contact you by email or telephone for approval prior to dispatch of your order.

Delivery of the Goods

Health Food Express will deliver the goods at the given delivery address by the method of delivery outlined in the delivery section.

Receipt of Goods

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Health Food Express to be authorised to receive the Goods. If no one available to receive the goods Healthfoodexpress will leave the goods in a suitable manner, or as specified in the delivery instructions, and accept no responsibility for situations arising as a result of the goods being left unattended.

Additional Delivery Fee

If goods are sent by courier to the delivery address and there is no-one available to receive the goods and no special instructions have been given, an additional delivery fee for the goods to be resent may be charged if the order is unable to be delivered. Although all due care is taken we cannot take any responsibility for spoiled perishable items if we do have special instructions.

Refund Policy

Orders received that are faulty or damaged or have been dispatched incorrectly will be replaced at no charge or, if preferred, a full refund will be made if we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the order.

Orders incorrectly placed by the customer will be refunded if we are informed within 3 days of you receiving the order and the products are returned to us unopened within 7 days. However the postal charges cannot be refunded nor will Health Food Express pay for the cost of returning the incorrect order. Refrigerated products cannot be returned.

Alterations to your Order

Once an order has been placed and dispatched we cannot change it, however, if notified by the customer by email of an order error prior to processing we will endeavor to correct the order.

Errors of Information Provided on this Website

If at any time a product is listed at an incorrect price, for whatever reason, Health Food Express reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed on the website incorrectly. This will also apply whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card debited. If your order is cancelled and your credit card has already been debited for the purchase a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
